The Children's Resale

Volunteer

The Children's Resale is operated 100% by volunteers. Our sale would not be possible without the hard work and commitment of those who donate their time.

Volunteer Opportunities:

  • COMMUNITY VOLUNTEERS: Sign up online and work a three hour shift during the week of the resale. In return, receive an invite to shop the preview sale prior to the public sale.
  • SUPER VOLUNTEERS: Sign up online and work 3 three hour shifts (9 hours) during the week of the resale. In return, receive an invite to shop the preview sale prior to the community volunteer presale.
  • PART TIME COMMITTEE MEMBER: Work 18-22 hours during designated times on the week of the resale. In return, receive an invite to shop the pre-preview sale on the day prior to the resale*.
  • FULL TIME COMMITTEE MEMBER: Work 25-31 hours during designated times on the week of the resale. In return, receive an invite to shop the pre-preview sale on the day prior to the resale*.

*Shop times subject to change.  The number of hours volunteered and sponsorships received determine your shop time.

Preview Sale:

To show our appreciation for all that they do, all volunteers will be invited to a special "preview sale" prior to the public Saturday resale. Only those who are scheduled volunteers will be invited (no guests will be allowed). Shop times will vary based on number of hours worked.

Things to Remember:

Childcare is not provided. Children are not allowed to accompany you to your volunteer shift or the preview sale. The only exception will be nursing moms/babies.
